This position will assist the Brand Manager in all activities related to the brand, focusing on developing and implementing the marketing plans that grow long term consumer demand and meet company's business and brand objectives. As well as creating a positive image for the brand and participating in the development of ad campaigns. They closely monitor competitive activity and media activity. He/ she will also assists BM in handling New Product Development, collaborated with regional team and KC Softex’s internal Dept.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensuring brand presence in online and offline channels
- Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness
- Research competition and identify opportunities for growth
- Closely monitor competitive activity and media activity
- Responsible for managing brand and prepare for product launch in coordination with marketing plan that has been established
- Responsible for handling NPD, collaborate with regional team and K-C Softex internal dept.
- Responsible for brand study and research
- Responsible for managing SKU and sub brand portfolio to achieve sales performance in each channel
Essential requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline
- Min. 2 years of experience in Marketing Department preferably in FMCG industry
- Have an experience in handling 360 degree marketing campaign, NPD and research consumer markets
- Good understanding in e-Commerce
- Strong in data analysis and numeric
- Good communication skill and English proficiency
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera - Tangerang
