Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics majoring in Accounting with GPA min. 3,00 in scale of 4,00.
- Have min. 1-2 years of experience in related field.
- Having knowledge in salary calculations, overtime, and statutory deductions (BPJS, PPh 21).
- Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan (Labor Law) and government regulations on payroll and employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT).
- Having knowledge in PPh 21 calculations and reporting (DJP Online and Coretax System).
- Understand BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions and processes.
- Able to use formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, etc.) for payroll calculations.
- Having experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Assist in monthly payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances based on manpower laws or company policies, determination of gross and net pays, and calculating the monthly employee income tax, social security programs, pension and other statutory deductions using in-house develop software;
- Prepare and deliver pay slips;
- Prepare of appropriate payroll reports;
- Prepare electronic payment of salaries direct to employees bank account;
- Assisting to remit of employee income tax to state treasury;
- Registering social security programs (BPJS Labor & BPJS Health);
- Reporting of monthly income tax return, BPJS Labor & Health to tax office and BPJS office.
