ResponsibilitiesConduct environmental scanning, collect data and facts, and analyze and deliver knowledge in a presentable manner.
Conduct primary and secondary research related to economy, financial services and products, and digital/informatio communication & technology.
Provide and support data, facts, and research findings to create and define business requirements specifications, particularly during the creation of a new digital innovation product or ecosystem.
Provide and support data, facts, and research findings during digital/IT related policies, standard operating procedures rule-making-rule process.
Provide and support data, facts, and research findings for miscellaneous needs (e.g., top/senior management’s PPT
deck presentation in focus group discussions).
Support other teams regarding data, facts, and research findings request and provision.
Take feedback, business strategies, and ideas and turn them into a digital product that provides a solution for our
users.
Qualifications- Education background and qualification in financial management, economics, or statistics.
- Having working knowledge in digital technology is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge in and/or ability to conduct primary and secondary research.
- Able to create attention-seeking and presentable infographics, white papers, and PPT decks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
