- Follow compliance guidelines regarding client documentation processing.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Key Points:
- Strong understanding of Forex and CFD trading.
- Prospect and close leads, managing the sales pipeline.
- Execute sales strategies for different client segments.
- Identify potential client concerns and escalate through management.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing within the financial sector, preferably in insurance or bank.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Ability to work independently, expand and generate business.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Based in Indonesia and willing to take training (3 months period) in Jakarta .
