Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify top-tier influencers for upcoming projects, matching them with campaign briefs engagingly and authentically.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with influencers/KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and celebrities, overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with the brief.
  • Assist in the development of content principles and shooting guidelines for influencers across key platforms, particularly in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate on crafting KOL asset principles, brand engagement strategies, and detailed influencer briefing guides for both video and photo content.
  • Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with the brand’s equity, is platform-optimized, and resonates with target audiences.
  • Provide platform-specific shooting guidelines, ensuring content is engaging, authentic, and maximizes the impact of each campaign.

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, influencer dynamics, and emerging platforms.
  • Proven experience in writing clear, actionable briefs and maintaining communication with influencers across a range of tiers, from micro to celebrity.
  • A strong network of influencer relationships and an in-depth understanding of the influencer landscape.
  • Expertise in recommending innovative influencer programs that make a significant impact on brands.
  • Ability to think globally and regionally while understanding and adapting to local market nuances.
  • Experience managing large-scale brand campaigns and activations.
  • Knowledge of rights management, contracting, and legal processes related to influencer partnerships is a plus.
  • Established connections with influencers or talent are highly preferred.
  • Bonus points if you're an influencer or content creator yourself!
