Job Description

  • Assist the Quality Safety Compliance (QSC) Manager in ensuring safety, hygiene & health procedures are in line with standards
  • Provide creative and constructive ideas to assist the performance of the Quality Assurance (QA) of the outlet
  • Supervise the overall operational standards, guest service excellence, hygiene & food quality of the outlet & provide written feedback to the outlet by conducting internal and external audits
  • Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints
  • Follow up and rectify food quality complaints from suppliers or SOP implementation deviations.
  • Socialization, implementation and evaluation of Good Handling Practices standards at the restaurant operational level
  • Collaborate with Training Manager to ascertain their needs for training administration
  • Manage training materials and reports on training activities & results
  • Schedule and coordinate all training activities
  • Maintain Halal Assurance Systems and program
  • Assist with internal Halal training and attend Halal courses

Job Requirements

  • Diploma Degree, majoring in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics/Health Nutrition, hospitality/hotel industry or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Understanding of HACCP, Halal, food safety would be an advantages
  • Strong analytical, Detail, Persistence, and Well Organized
  • Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
  • Have personal vehicle and driver's license
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work mobile around Jakarta Tangerang Bekasi
