Job Description
- Assist the Quality Safety Compliance (QSC) Manager in ensuring safety, hygiene & health procedures are in line with standards
- Provide creative and constructive ideas to assist the performance of the Quality Assurance (QA) of the outlet
- Supervise the overall operational standards, guest service excellence, hygiene & food quality of the outlet & provide written feedback to the outlet by conducting internal and external audits
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints
- Follow up and rectify food quality complaints from suppliers or SOP implementation deviations.
- Socialization, implementation and evaluation of Good Handling Practices standards at the restaurant operational level
- Collaborate with Training Manager to ascertain their needs for training administration
- Manage training materials and reports on training activities & results
- Schedule and coordinate all training activities
- Maintain Halal Assurance Systems and program
- Assist with internal Halal training and attend Halal courses
Job Requirements
- Diploma Degree, majoring in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics/Health Nutrition, hospitality/hotel industry or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Understanding of HACCP, Halal, food safety would be an advantages
- Strong analytical, Detail, Persistence, and Well Organized
- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
- Have personal vehicle and driver's license
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work mobile around Jakarta Tangerang Bekasi
