Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Relationship Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies and Build and maintain relationships with institutional lenders and partners to increase revenue. You'll need to identify potential clients, make initial contact, and follow up to secure new business opportunities. You'll also work with the existing team to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Banking, Business, or related major.
- Have 2-3 years of experience as Business Development with funding & lending skills in P2P Lending, Banking Multifinance industry, and Companies; Preferably those who have a good understanding of digital loan business processes (loans without collateral) that handle end-to-end sales of credit products.
- Proven track record of successful sales, with at least two years of experience in B2B sales lending
- Data enthusiasts with the ability to hack growth and improve business performance.
- Understanding banking and OJK regulations and operations, and having risk management certification would be an advantage.
- Has a wide network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience with identifying market trends and developing sales strategies
- Experience with lead generation tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of analyzing financial reports.
- Have knowledge about Credit Reviewer is a must
- Have an extensive database of potential customers and adequate knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in English both oral and written.

- Have a deep understanding of financial markets and funding products
- Identify new borrowers, discuss their needs, manage borrower onboarding procedures, and monitor the payment performance of borrowers and/or payers after the funding process is done.
- Collecting data and ensuring the data must be completed based on the requirement.
- Maintain good relationships and communication with customers and partners regarding their needs and complaints.
- Establish new borrower pipelines, develop partner/client proposals, and devise commercial arrangements to achieve monthly onboarding volume and value targets.
- Analyze Borrowers' credit history through credit bureaus such as Pefindo. Analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, and income statement analysis and working closely with the analyst team and credit risk team to perform collateral validation (invoice, SPK, etc.) and then provide credit recommendations to the Credit Committee
- Knowledge and understanding on credit assessment, financial analysis and risk management
- Collaborate with other divisions to meet borrower needs to assure timely (Service Level Agreement) and accurate process of every New and Existing borrower.
- Monitor the financial condition carefully and regularly to ensure that the financial condition is in agreement.
- Ensuring legally binding commercial agreements comply with our internal standards or policies; Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws/regulations.
