Work you’ll do

Deloitte Forensic is a leader in helping organizations manage risks and vulnerabilities from financial and crimes, fraud and other misconduct, as well as claims and disputes. Conduct Watch is Deloitte’s secure and seamless end-to-end whistleblowing solution, enhancing our clients’ abilities to identify, respond to, resolve and report on fraud and other misconduct.

As a product sales manager/executive, you will play a vital role as part of a Southeast Asia team to accelerate the growth of Conduct Watch in your local market, with details as follow:

  • Proactively generate new leads by working with other Deloitte stakeholders and outbound prospecting
  • Manage sales to fulfill vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets
  • Actively follow up and manage outbound and inbound leads to qualify opportunities
  • Work with Conduct Watch delivery team to convert opportunities by meeting client’s needs and delivering high quality service
  • Maintain and track leads, opportunities, and sales in the designated system for monitoring and reporting purposes
  • Support development and implementation of go-to-market and business development plans and strategies
  • Refer opportunities for other related Deloitte service offerings to relevant teams

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be able to quickly develop relationships with client stakeholders at all levels of seniority, gaining an understanding of their business needs and demonstrating how Deloitte can help solve them
  • Possess the drive to become a solution/product expert, with clear interest and enthusiasm about whistleblowing and the role it plays in corporate governance and addressing fraud and other misconduct

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in selling services related to technology, ranging from large listed groups to mid-market companies
  • Proven experience in business development. Experience with sales in risk and compliance domain is an advantage
  • Ability to fostering strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside client to implement effective user experiences
  • Demonstrated experience in building and refining a sales pipeline, effectively managing leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of current and relevant markets, including local drivers and environment
  • Solid commercial acumen; the ability to convert opportunities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A proactive and service-oriented attitude
  • Self-starter with ability to perform under minimal guidance
  • Perform other assignment as per business needs
