Hotel Manager – Pre-Opening Limited Luxury Resort
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening of a limited luxury resort by the river with a boutique hotel background.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the pre-opening process, including team recruitment, SOPs, and working with vendors.
Ensure the guest experience matches the luxury concept.
Manage the budget and drive cost-efficiency.
Build strong relationships with guests, local community, and partners.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
5-7 years of experience in a management role at a boutique hotel or luxury resort.
Pre-opening experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong guest service skills with attention to detail.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and improving profitability.
Knowledge of hotel operations (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, etc.).
Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
Experience with SOPs for boutique or luxury properties.
Personal Traits:
Friendly, professional, and approachable.
Excellent communication in both Indonesian and English (other languages a plus).
Creative and adaptable, especially during pre-opening.
Detail-oriented and focused on results.
Additional (Optional):
Experience with hotel management software (PMS) like Opera or Micros.
Knowledge of sustainability in resort operations.
