Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across operational processes
- Manage the change management team, guiding them in creating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) & Working Instructions to ensure proper E2E warehouse operational flow, also developing and implementing strategies that drive continuous improvement in warehouse operation
- Lead the operational analyst team to analyze operation’s performance metrics such as productivity and cost efficiency, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights that support decision-making and operational improvements
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance warehouse staff satisfaction and retention, feedback mechanisms, incentives and rewards programs, and career progression
- Act as the intermediary between warehouse staff and management, ensuring clear communication of staff needs and facilitating the resolution of their requests
- Promote changes through training, workshops and creative campaigns to warehouse staff
- Collaborate with departments across the company to brainstorm, plan, execute, and manage projects, ensuring change management efforts are integrated into every phase and aligned with overall operational goals
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles
- Proven track record in managing projects and teams, with a focus on process improvement, operational efficiency and employees retention & satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating performance metrics, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management related to operational projects is a plus
- Willingness to contribute to various aspects of operational excellence as needed.
- Comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects and adapting to changing demands.
- Proficient Microsoft office & google workspace (Slides, Powepoint) & SQL skills would be plus
