About The Role
Regional People Partner responsibilities include supervising local HR teams and implementing company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor regulations and experience as a human resources generalist. This position will be responsible for the Central Java region and requires high mobility.
Job Description
- Fulfill Manpower Planning (MPP) requirements in the branch to support the achievement of branch work targets
- Process all employee-related administrative tasks in the branch in accordance with applicable regulations, minimizing the risk of irregularities
- Conduct socialization and implement all People and Culture programs within the assigned branches to support the achievement of Regional People Partner targets
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably based in Central Java
