The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing market research, product analysis, procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient product flow. They also manage branding, sales strategies, advertising campaigns, and monitor key performance metrics while ensuring compliance and resolving FBA-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze trends, assess competitor strategies, and evaluate high-potential product opportunities.
  2. Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, quality control (QC), logistics, and warehousing to ensure a seamless supply chain and timely product availability.
  3. Branding, Sales & Marketing: Assist in developing and executing branding, sales, and marketing strategies while managing advertising campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  4. Sales & Customer Management: Handle lead generation, customer outreach, sales processes, and customer retention to drive growth and foster long-term relationships.
  5. Product Launch & Optimization: Assist in creating and optimizing product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords to maximize conversions.
  6. Inventory Management: Track and optimize inventory, manage replenishment and movement, and oversee reporting, auditing, and coordination for efficient stock control.
  7. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance.
  8. Administrative & Compliance Support: Handle administrative tasks, including resolving FBA-related issues, managing trademarks, overseeing shipment policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or related fields such as digital marketing, supply chain management, or online retail.
  • Proven track record in managing e-commerce operations, increasing product visibility, driving sales, and improving key performance metrics is prefered.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, SEO, and inventory management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and product sourcing.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian and English, with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and adaptability skills.
