Responsibilities of the role:

Campaign Delivery

  • Supervise KOL Buying executives in ensuring on time, in full delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring SLA followed by clients
  • Liaising with KOL Planning team to understand the approved KOL content plan
  • Liaise with KOL to discuss KOL briefing, collaborating with creator to enrich KOL idea and ensure each creator abides by brief
  • Liaise directly with KOL to ensure right pricing and performance calculation
  • Lead in brand’s KOL Inventory expansion, setting monthly and quarterly by identifying new names
  • Supervise KOL Buying executives to ensure 100% implementation of all KOL selection submission are 100% brand safe and vetted
  • Liaise with Trading manager to determine effectiveness of cost / cost benchmark

Campaign Management

  • Lead the daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report regularly
  • Monitor daily creator content, if implementation is following aligned and approved KOL brief
  • Liaise with client on KOL content approval, driving quality checks on details following brief and client directions

Relationship Management

  • Build Relationships with influencers to ensure smooth workflow and brand relationship
  • Update GOAT database on performance/campaign benchmarks
  • Liaise with Trading lead to determine effectiveness of cost / cost benchmark
  • Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report as needed
  • Update GOAT database on performance/campaign benchmarks

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in advertising agency, PR agency, social media agency or influencer marketing agency.
  • Understand influencer landscape overall
  • Have a good experience in handling influencer marketing projects
  • Knowledge of creative/media agency ecosystem
  • Able to read, write and speak in English effectively
  • Able to work in a highly multicultural environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Problem solving attitude
