Contact Center Trainer
PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on customer service skills, assessing staff to boost professionalism and efficiency.
- Update and enhance training materials for effective onboarding, increasing team morale and reducing turnover.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and develop solutions that improve employee development and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma in any field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in training and development, Contact Center in E-commerce experience is a great advantage.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); B2 level or higher preferred.
- Knowledge of chat customer service metrics (satisfaction, resolution times).
- Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
- Able to work on-site in Jakarta and start immediately (preferred).
