Position Overview

As a People & Culture Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping SuperFood’s culture, strengthening talent acquisition, and fostering an engaging, high-performance work environment. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining an empowered and results-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & People Development
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent that aligns with SuperFood’s culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
  • Create and implement employee development programs that support career growth and performance excellence.
2. Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Foster a high-performance, impact-driven culture, ensuring alignment with SuperFood’s values.
  • Organize team engagement activities, company events, and training programs to enhance collaboration and motivation.
  • Act as an HR partner and advisor, ensuring employee concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.
3. Performance Management & HR Operations
  • Implement and manage performance tracking systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and rewards programs.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
4. General Affairs & Office Management
  • Ensure efficient daily office operations, including facilities and vendor management.
  • Support event coordination, office supplies, and workspace optimization to improve productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a high-performance work culture.
  • Experience using HR tools, recruitment platforms, and performance management systems is a plus.
