As a Community Specialist at Mancer, you will play a pivotal role in building, nurturing, and growing our Web3 talent community. You will engage with Web3 professionals, facilitate discussions, and ensure a vibrant, inclusive, and productive environment across our digital platforms. Your role is essential in fostering strong relationships with both talent and Web3 projects, driving engagement, and positioning Mancer as the leading talent network in the Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:1. Community Growth & Engagement
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to attract and retain top Web3 professionals.
- Facilitate meaningful discussions, Q&A sessions, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) within our community.
- Manage and moderate interactions on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter
- Organize online and offline events such as webinars, workshops, and networking sessions to educate and connect community members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Ensure that all communications reflect Mancer’s brand identity and mission.
- Gather community feedback and insights to optimize engagement strategies.
- Work closely with Web3 companies, influencers, and key opinion leaders to drive awareness and participation in Mancer’s ecosystem.
- Develop ambassador programs or referral initiatives to expand the community organically.
- Track community engagement metrics, sentiment, and feedback to improve overall community experience.
- Provide regular reports on engagement trends, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Respond to inquiries, concerns, and issues raised by community members in a timely and professional manner.
- Mediate disputes, enforce community guidelines, and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in Web3, crypto, or blockchain-related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, talent ecosystem, and blockchain communities.
- Platform Expertise: Proficient in using Discord, Telegram, Twitter
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Event Management: Experience in organizing and hosting online/offline community events.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle conflicts, moderate discussions, and build a positive community culture.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Previous experience working with talent networks, DAOs, or decentralized communities.
- Familiarity with community moderation tools, customer support systems, and analytics dashboards.
- Knowledge of Web3 hiring trends, freelancing platforms, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and remote-first environment.
