Job Description:

  • Research, identify, and select KOLs that align with the brand's values, target audience, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Focus on identifying KOLs within specific sectors, including but not limited to the Mom & Baby industry, who have significant influence and reach in the market.
  • Actively reach out to potential KOLs and influencers, establishing strong relationship and discussing collaboration opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire partnership process from initial contact through to contract execution and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Manage the preparation, execution, and tracking of contracts and agreements between the brand and KOLs.
  • Ensure all terms of agreements are met, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
  • Monitor the performance and quality of content produced by KOLs, ensuring that it meets the campaign's objectives and the brand's guidelines.
  • Actively manage KOLs during promotional events such as store visits, expos, and other brand-related activities
  • Ensure that products are delivered to KOLs in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Validate that KOLs post content (photos, videos, etc.) in accordance with the campaign brief, ensuring it aligns with the agreed timelines and brand messaging.
  • Generate detailed reports on the performance and impact of KOL campaigns, analyzing insights to assess the effectiveness of influencer strategies and providing recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Report on the direct contribution of KOLs to sales, brand exposure, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Actively manage and grow the brand’s community of loyal customers and followers, creating opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with customers by establish exciting community, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or community management, particularly within the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and best practices for influencer marketing and community engagement.
  • Prior experience in managing KOLs and influencers, particularly within the Mom & Baby industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze data to monitor campaign performance.
  • Experience in managing communities, engaging with members, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be placed in North Jakarta (Kelapa Gading area) with WFO (Mon - Fri).
