ABOUT THE JOB

Perfetti Van Melle is a privately-owned company, producing and distributing candies and chewing gums in more than 150 countries worldwide.

The business is now looking for a strong full time C&B and HRIS Manager to be based in Cibinong, Bogor, Indonesia.

In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director.

YOUR TASK:

Payroll management

  • Payroll data input and process for MT & Expat payment
  • Supervise the payroll process and upload bank transfer file to bank for payment process.
  • Create monthly payroll report and General ledger

C&B Analyst

  • Data input and submission for C&B survey.
  • Create necesarry C&B analysis for management reference
  • Support budgeting proses on labor cost

HRIS management

  • Designs, develops, tests, and directs on-going administration of the Human Resource Information System including selection of software and hardware.
  • Supervises maintenance and processing of employee records
  • Facilitate all users to optimize the function of HRIS

Support other HR system

  • Proactively provide support for Taleo, SuccessFactors, and other HR system.
  • Maintain the data base in regular basis.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Understanding of PPh 21 (Personal Income Tax) regulation
  • Familiarity with Sunfish HR & Success Factors
  • Good communication in English
  • Understanding Labor Regulation
