AIA is hiring Procurement Manager to apply and execute the administration process in regards to the implementation of company policy related with procurement in order to assist Corporate Sourcing Lead to achieve an effective and efficiency company services and supports which are provided for company employees.

Roles & Responsibility :

  • Responsible for administration activities related with procurement of Items & Services to ensure such activities are properly comply with the company’s policy and follow the payment procedure from Finance & Accounting – 80% :
  1. Process all approved requests of Items & Services from users (Including special project – NON BAU, etc) in order to initiate SOP Purchasing/ Local Sourcing Policy.
  2. Assist user to process all administrative document (Purchase Requisition creation, Invoices process, etc) to meet with company’s procedure and to ensure there is no complaint from third party.
  3. Ensure that all administrative processes are not exceeding the agreed TAT.
  4. Create and maintain vendor data master both in SAP in order to support Finance Team.
  5. Collect & administrative administer vendor’s documents in order to comply with company’s policy.
  • Perform order activities in regards to support internal/external users in order to give the best procurement administration services – 20% :
  1. Maintain good communication within internal and external customers.
  2. Provide any report needed to Corporate Sourcing Lead in order to ensure the implementation of procurement policy and procedures.

Job Requirement :

  • Education – Min Bachelor Degree in Financial & banking Management or Accounting
  • Experience – Min 5 years in Financial area, preferable Procurement.
  • Special skills : Analytical skill, Communication skill, Computer skill (Microsoft office & Visio)
