We are currently looking for a HR & GA Intern.

Responsibilities

  1. Support end-to-end recruitment process for both full-time and internship opening(s).
  2. Handle arrangements for new hires onboarding projects at the company.
  3. Managing database for recruitment updates, as part of candidate engagement projects.
  4. Support the implementation of various events or activities by collaborating with other divisions.
  5. Assists with General Affair administration process such as attendance, BPJS, PPH 21 & 23, and others.
  6. Support other interesting HR & GA projects as suggested by the team and/or requested by the intern.

Qualifications

  1. Students majoring in Psychology or Human Resources Management will be prioritized. Preferably in the last semester of study with no active classes; or students working on ongoing thesis work.
  2. Has a keen interest in learning more about Human Resource & General Affair like Talent Acquisition and Administration, especially in the media industry.
  3. Able to work from the office from Mon-Fri.
