Job Description:

  • Manage import documentation, including customs declarations, shipping invoices, and related paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including tariffs, taxes, and import/export laws.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure the timely arrival of materials to avoid disruptions in production.
  • Collaborate with inventory teams to track inventory turnover and optimize order quantities.
  • Help ensure that purchasing activities are cost-effective while maintaining product quality and meeting company standards.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and cost reports for procurement activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in local and import sourcing
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Understanding about PIB, P/L, etc
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations for imports.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel).
