Job Description:
- Manage import documentation, including customs declarations, shipping invoices, and related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including tariffs, taxes, and import/export laws.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure the timely arrival of materials to avoid disruptions in production.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to track inventory turnover and optimize order quantities.
- Help ensure that purchasing activities are cost-effective while maintaining product quality and meeting company standards.
- Assist in preparing budgets and cost reports for procurement activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in local and import sourcing
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Understanding about PIB, P/L, etc
- Understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations for imports.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel).
