Responsibilities

  • Analyze potential customer prospects and report findings to the Sales Operation Manager.

  • Collaborate with the Technical Sales team to execute product sales strategies for both existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct general product education presentations for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with potential customers to schedule follow-up presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Lead negotiations on product pricing and benefits to facilitate deal closure.
  • Facilitate contract agreements between the company and clients, ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare service institutions.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships to drive continuous contract expansion opportunities.
  • Gather customer insights to support business development and product innovation.
  • Provide regular sales activity updates to the Sales Operation Manager.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B company is preferred.
  • Strong persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent service is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in various locations across West Java
