What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Lead the Cyber Security Operation team.
  • Analyze security gaps in all implemented cybersecurity controls based on international standards and frameworks, as well as regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis on all Bank systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Develop a roadmap for all cybersecurity operations activities to fulfill and monitor cybersecurity controls.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities to cyber threats.
  • Identify cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities across the Bank's networks, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Coordinate with related teams to identify cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Implement cybersecurity controls according to the developed plan in all areas related to risk identification, cybersecurity risk protection, cyber threat detection, and cyber incident mitigation.
  • Monitor network and system activities for cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead the Bank's emergency response efforts in the event of an incident or data breach.
  • Coordinate incident handling and investigation efforts.
  • Conduct post-incident analysis and create comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure that the Bank's cybersecurity operations comply with regulatory rules and standards.
  • Ensure the operational continuity of all implemented cybersecurity control devices (including all cybersecurity devices, namely Firewall, Web Application Firewall, XDR, Privilege Access Management, Identity Access Management, Cloud Security Platform, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Security Awareness Tools, Patch Management Tool, Data Loss Prevention Platform, Runtime Application Security Platform).
  • Create periodic reports on the implementation of all cybersecurity operations, including the documentation needed to fulfill regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Create and ensure all cybersecurity operation procedures.

What Is Required and What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity in the banking or other financial services sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations in banking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English are preferred.
  • Possession of International Certifications related to Cyber Security, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, etc., is preferred.
