We provides services for brands in marketing planning, promotion, Brand Awareness, Campaign and assisting in finding the right creators for brands.

In less than 1 year, Yuxi have achieved several significant milestones, such as number 1 MCN in Mom and Baby category on Tiktok, TOP 3 MCN in Tiktok, Shopee MCN Partner from October 2023 until now.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase GMV through Creator/KOL acquisition.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant KOLs/Affiliate based on company needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to maximize collaboration opportunities.
  • Optimize KOL partnerships to drive engagement, sales, and brand growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align acquisition strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MCN (Multi-Channel Network) or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee platforms.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing Creators/KOLs to boost GMV.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong commitment to achieving acquisition targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Performance-driven with a resilient and results-oriented attitude.
