Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Fintelite.ai, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and market expansion in SEA. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential clients in the financial sector. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients in the financial industry through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events .
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to prospect and qualify leads .
Lead Qualification:
Assess prospects based on their needs, budget, authority, and timeline using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) .
Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage with qualified leads .
Outreach and Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team .
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts .
Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve sales approaches .
Data Management:
Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot .
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in financial services preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze customer data.
Resilience and persistence in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
