We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join Analyst AR Management, based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

As An Analyst AR Management, You Will

  • Responsible to Senior OTC Analyst in performing day to day Account Receivable and Bank Reconciliation in a manner consistent with the objectives of the company.
  • Monitors daily collection and ensures collections are deposited as dated to ensure timely clearance of Accounts Receivable.
  • Daily and monthly reconciliations of account: reconciles unsettled balances to ensure that collection and credit memos are correctly offset.
  • Analyze receipts, invoices and payment details to ensure reconciliations are accurate and updated
  • Monitoring of A/R aging and collections to ensure all sales are paid on the agreed terms and conditions, while informing Senior OTC Analyst regarding potential bad debt.
  • Perform period-end closing activities and provide support whenever necessary on the consolidation and reporting activities.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports for the team when the need arises and involve in the project that assigned to him/her.
  • Control : Ensure compliance with company principles & practices in daily OTC operations, timely execution of action plans or recommendations from Corporate Audit, PwC, SOX Review and other relevant controls findings, and periodically update the Senior OTC Analyst & OTC Manager

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Min. bachelor's degree or master's degree from Finance (Management, Accounting, Business), or Industrial Engineering
  • Complex business process in Sampoerna entities compared to other PMI affiliates (Sampoerna has 100+ areas offices) and each analyst is handling AR and Bank daily reconciliation up to 10 areas offices.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) is a must
  • Ideally with good command of SAP and Microsoft Tools
  • Responsible for timely processing of customer payments through independent decision-making including research and validation
  • Agility is really important to embrace the change in the organization as well as the job rotation.
  • Dealing with external (bank partners) and internal parties (departments such as Commercial, Commercial Finance, IT, Internal Control, FC, Legal, OTC Shared Service in BA and KR) especially area offices with various interests and demands
  • A strong analytical mindset, ambitious to constantly expand knowledge, challenge the status quo and enhance processes
  • A strong communicator who’s not afraid to reach out to stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Agility is really important to embrace the change in the organization as well as the job rotation.
