  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The R.O.L.E. Foundation is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. This role combines product marketing, administrative support, and event promotion to help us achieve our mission of empowering communities and protecting the environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, customers, and partners through outreach and collaboration.
  • Promote and manage the distribution of our soap and weaving products, including delivery and collections.
  • Organize and execute fundraising events to achieve financial goals while managing sponsorship promotions and reporting with the media team.
  • Identify and apply for awards and grants to enhance the organization’s visibility and secure funding opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to approach new sponsors, customers, and funding initiatives.
  • Provide monthly sales reports, follow up on sales progress, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Assist managers in implementing policies and procedures across departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
  • Professional appearance and a confident demeanor.
