  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia is currently hiring for Head of Finance & Accounting (Sekuritas Industry)

Industry: Financial/ Securities

Location: North Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and improve the company's financial system and procedures, and be responsible for the daily management of the company's financial affairs.
  2. Regularly provide operational financial analysis reports, MKBD report, risk early warning, provide constructive suggestions and decision support.
  3. Examination of accounting records, financial statements, and invoices.
  4. Prepare and review company budgets and balance sheets.
  5. Review and analyze the company’s accounting system.
  6. Prepare and review cash flow reports, bank reconciliation reports, expense reports.
  7. Prepare and process payments for all types of transactions.
  8. Responsible to all activities in Finance & Accounting.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree or Master degree in finance, accounting, economic.
  2. More than five years of financial work experience, and at least three years of finance supervisor work experience.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian securities laws and regulations, including those set by OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange).
  4. Familiar with MKBD process.
  5. In-depth knowledge for accounting, finance, tax, auditing regulations, and policies.
  6. Proficiency in financial software.
  7. Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership
  8. Have work experience in Sekuritas company.
  9. Fluent in english (verbal & writing), fluent in mandarin is preferred.
