  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, memos, and documents.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Assist in formatting and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Create and update templates for office documents.

Role Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative support or office assistant role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
