Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, memos, and documents.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist in formatting and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
- Create and update templates for office documents.
Role Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative support or office assistant role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
