  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications:

  • Prefer at least 6 months experience as live host or LSA (agency or brands), either intern or full time
  • Experienced in hosting an e-commerce live stream & operate live OBS (Tiktok and Shopee)
  • Having experience in training is a plus
  • Good knowledge about live stream and e-commerce trends
  • Ability to identify trends of live streaming and viral topics to gain more attraction on our social media live platform
  • Familiarity with beauty industry and knowledge in beauty products is a plus
  • Able to operate microsoft and google documents (excel, word, powerpoint) and data administration
  • Know how to interact with host and viewers, quick response and know how to live field control
  • Ability to work as a team or individually and enjoy working with in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work based on shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily management and monitoring of hosts and live room
  • Assist host and increase engagement during live stream sessions (by inquiring with comments, remind about product/promo, and hyping up the sessions)
  • Evaluate and develop improvement planning for host performance to increase sales
  • Train and brief host about live stream technique, product knowledge and promotion knowledge
  • Recap and review live stream host data
  • Update about current live stream trends and strategy
