  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Descriptions:

  • Acting as a first point of IT Tech Support to solve any issues in IT environment for users
  • Investigate and solve issues on user's laptop (hardware, software, network) either directly to the user or by remote
  • Manage and record all company's operational assets (Notebook, PC, Server (Web, NAS, Proxy), Printer, Scanner, Access Door, CCTV, Software Licenses, Domain Names, etc.)
  • Manage Network for Local Web Service, DMZ, Local, Wifi, Public IP
  • Making and providing IT Guidelines or IT Infra basic training
  • Manage the operation for office Infrastructure i.e. network, storage, backup, servers.
  • Manage and maintain Office application server such as Active Directory, Local DNS, Fileserver, firewall, Antivirus, PC Monitoring, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Having experience in networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, dan firewall)
  • Having experience in managing web hosting, Local and Cloud.
  • Having knowledge in virtual machine (proxmox)
  • Having knowledge in Zimbra
  • Having experience in database management (MySQL)
  • Having experience in CCNA and CCNP Module would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in system security, antivirus, firewall and backup data/recovery NAS and Cloud AWS, troubleshooting
  • Familiar with server including installation (OS), configuration and maintenance
  • Familiar with MS Active Directory Azure
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude for clients
  • Excellent communication skills (Bahasa and English)
