About the Role

As a Asst Digital Sales Manager, you will optimizing the contribution of product sales through the website (kawanlama.com) and marketplace to ensure achievement sales and revenue targets for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Plan product categories that will be marketed via the website in accordance with the internal business strategy meet customer needs and achieve company revenue.
  • Evaluate the products offered by the company to ensure they are in line with business trends and customer needs.
  • Establish business collaboration with vendors/suppliers to ensure the availability of quality products.
  • Control product distribution to ensure customer needs are met according to agreed time.
  • Control product selling prices based on margin targets and price competition to optimize company sales achievements.
  • Determine marketing strategies/methods via the website for the products under their responsibility to ensure all products are optimally absorbed on the market.

Qualifications

  • Min S1, preferably majoring in Engineering.
  • Min 5 years in the same field, and min 2 years at Managerial level.
  • Knowledge and Skill : Business Trend & Business Acumen, Product Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing Management, People Management, B2B Online.
