As the Head of Sales & Marketing at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali, you will serve as a key ambassador of our brand, embodying its values and vision while driving sales potential and growth. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and enhance overall business performance.

Primary responsible includes:

Strategic Planning & Market Growth

  • Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing plan with the Divisional Director of Sales & Marketing in conjunction with our global sales office
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly


Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and update client records
  • Conduct regular client visits and build strategic partnerships
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with B2B accounts, local travel agencies, luxury brands & key stake holders
  • Lead contract negotiations to drive revenue and profitability


Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report monthly sales activities and performance
  • Provide weekly updates on client interactions, challenges, and opportunities
  • Analyze sales trends and generate monthly revenue reports


Revenue & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate invoicing and contract fulfillment
  • Assess client creditworthiness to minimize risk
  • Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing to maintain market competitiveness and meet sales targets


Guest Engagement & Brand Promotion

  • Work closely with Divisional and Global PR teams on all Soc/Med & Media related requirements. Drive focus on, on-brand content and engagement on all channels
  • Promote the hotel through networking, site visits, and partnerships
  • Provide after-sales service and address client feedback
  • Welcome and engage with VIP guests to enhance brand loyalty


Requirements

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in luxury hospitality or high-end travel
  • 5 years' work experience in similar role in the luxury hospitality business
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Emotional intelligence, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Organization skills
  • Indonesian citizen only
