As the Strategic Partnerships & Licensing, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand reach through strategic collaborations with various industries such as FMCG, tourism, manufacturing, VOD platforms, and book publishers. This role will be crucial in driving brand awareness, increasing social media followers and YouTube subscribers, and growing revenue through licensing, derivative products, and cross-promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with brands in the FMCG sector for art and product licensing, ensuring that Educa Studio’s IP is widely recognized and utilized.
  • Establish collaborations with tourism brands to create cross-promotion campaigns that expand Educa Studio’s reach and visibility in new markets.
  • Negotiate and oversee deals with manufacturers to produce high-quality merchandise that reflects the value of Educa Studio’s IP.
  • Build strategic relationships with VOD and streaming platforms to ensure wide distribution of Educa Studio’s animation content, maximizing audience reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with national and international children’s book publishers to secure book licensing deals, bringing Educa Studio’s stories and characters to a global audience.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and licensing opportunities, ensuring significant increases in brand exposure, social media engagement, and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships, ensuring Educa Studio remains competitive and relevant in the ever-evolving landscape of education and entertainment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or licensing, with a strong track record of successful collaborations in the creative, FMCG, or media industries.
  • Strong understanding of licensing models, brand management, and cross-promotional strategies, particularly in the education or entertainment sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including corporate partners and content distributors.
  • Experience working with VOD platforms and international publishers is a strong advantage.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans to expand brand reach and revenue streams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
