Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at TCL Indonesia located in Surabaya. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be involved in strategic planning and implementing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or Sales Management or related majors, and English can be used as a working language; (If can Mandarin will be priority).
  • More than 5 years Big Home Appliances Electrical Sales work experience.
  • ⁠Have good logic analysis skills, organizational communication skills and team spirit, have a strong sense of service, and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
