Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the strategic alignment of all HR functions with the company’s long-term vision, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition and onboarding strategies to secure top talent and drive sustainable organizational growth.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by developing robust employee engagement and performance management systems that effectively address conflict resolution.
  • Lead the development and continuous enhancement of forward-thinking HR policies and procedures, driving operational excellence and organizational resilience.
  • Oversee the integration of HR activities with our roster system, optimizing workforce planning and ensuring seamless operational support at the site.
  • Champion organizational development initiatives by identifying critical training needs and implementing strategic development programs to elevate employee capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a strong strategic business foundation.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sectors, with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing dynamic workforces and optimizing roster system operations for effective workforce planning.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, and the ability to translate these regulations into strategic operational frameworks.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thrive as a strategic thinker in fast-paced, challenging environments, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
