  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal & License Staff at Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) in East Jakarta. The Corporate Legal & License Staff will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements to ensure they comply with legal standards
  • Provide legal opinions and conduct research to support legal opinions.
  • Ensure that the company is informed of any legal updates and regulations.
  • Handle litigation processes, including preparing legal documents, representing the company in court, and liaising with external legal counsel.
  • Manage and process all company licensing and permit applications to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from Master / Bachelor Degree of Law
  • Experienced in Corporate Legal role for at least 4 years
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written
  • Experienced in coordinating with various business partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Have Advocate training certification (PKPA)
  • (Optional) Have Advocate license
