  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Retail Account Services Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking all project initiatives (Customer Data Integration).
  • Support the administrative processes for project requirements (BRD, Backlog, SSDLC).
  • Assist in monitoring KMR and daily Quality Surveillance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Available and willing to start a 12-month internship in February 2025.
  • An active university student in any major with preference for Engineering (All) / Information Technology / Finance and Accounting / Business Administration / English Literature / Japanese Literature or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Willing to be present and work on-site at the office.
