Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Director will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing and leading teams, analyzing market trends and data, and driving sales growth. The Business Director will work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure business goals and objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning skills
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Sales skills
- Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience as bankers or Insurance Agency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
