About the role
We are looking for a driven individual who will assist the product lead and associates in implementing the end-to-end development and launching of our food products (such as packaged snacks) from research and ideation to production and go-to-market implementation. You will get to work directly with our co-founders to determine, experiment with, and continuously improve the product roadmap of the company.
What you will be doing
- Assist in new product development for food products (ideation and research)
- Assist in initiating, establishing, and maintaining partnership for procurement and external stakeholders (i.e. food testing laboratories, packaging vendors)
- Assist in production for food products
- Assist in all the product marketing strategies and operations related to ecommerce and offline activations, such as new product launches at ecommerce channels, value proposition communications via all channels, and branding of offline booths
The ideal background
- Undergraduate students are welcome to apply!
- Food-related major or academic/non-academic experiences are a huge plus, especially if related to sustainable or healthy food
- Organizational experiences in project/event management, online/offline stores, partnership, or research
- A confident and fluent communicator (both verbally and in writing) who is comfortable with using English in professional settings
