Basic Function :

Fungsi Dasar :

  • Project Engineer is responsible for executing efficiently the new equipment (NE) contract from sales booking to hand-over of the units to customer.

Project Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan secara efisien kontrak peralatan baru (NE) dari pemesanan sampai serah terima unit kepada pelanggan.

  • The goal of the construction department is to install and commission elevator and escalator units. To the expectation of customer by doing a quality job, completing the job on-time and within the scope of the budget/cost estimate allocated to the job.

Tujuan dari departemen konstruksi adalah untuk memasang dan menyerahterimakan unit elevator dan escalator sesuai permintaan pelanggan dengan memberikan pekerjaan yang berkualitas, menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu dan di dalam lingkup bujet/estimasi biaya yang dialokasikan pada pekerjaan tersebut.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Tugas dan Tanggung jawab :

  • Studying the contractual conditions and planning for scheduling, preparing Field Line Schedule, Labor requirement (Own, Subcontractor & Casual), Material Requirements and tool requirement.

Mempelajari kondisi kontrak dan merencanakan jadwal, menyiapkan Field Line Schedule (FLS), kebutuhan tenaga kerja (karyawan bulanan, subkontarktor dan harian), Kebutuhan material dan peralatannya.

  • Ensuring that all contractual requirement are met for the assigned contract.

Memastikan bahwa seluruh kebutuhan kontrak telah sesuai dengan kontrak yang diberikan.

  • Check IPC report on the job site and ensuring all variations are fully addressed.

Memeriksa laporan IPC di job site dan memastikan seluaruh variasi yang terjadi sudah dilaporkan.

  • Assigns mechanics, subcontractor & daily casual workers at job site.

Menugaskan mekanik, subkontraktor dan karyawan harian di lapangan pekerjaan.

  • Supervises adjsuters, subcontarctor and daily casual workers to ensure efficient installation of each units
  • Mensupervisi adjuster, subkontraktor dan karyawan harian untuk memastikan instalasi setiap unit secara benar dan efisien.
  • Check and approve time tickets adjuster.

Memeriksa dan menyetujui time ticket adjuster.

  • Attending monthly Construction meeting, weekly SIP meeting and arising the issues that needs to be brought to the notice of NE and other department.

Menghadiri rapat Konstruksi, SIP mingguan dan memberikan isu-isu yang perlu perhatikan dari NE dan departemen lainnya.

  • Preparing monthly progress report and helping finance in issuance of billing.

Menyiapkan laporan kemajuan proyek bulanan dan membantu finance dalam menerbitkan tagihan.

  • Report product quality issues under AMT/FTB with factory and close follow up of the same with factory for timely resolution of the issues.

Melaporkan isu kualitas produk dibawah AMT/FTB dengan pabrik dan menindaklanjutinya dengan pabrik terhadap penyelesaian yang cepat pada isu tersebut.

  • Attend customers meeting and site-meeting to give an up-date on the project progress.

Menghadiri rapat dengan pelanggan dan rapat lapangan untuk memberikan laporan kemajuan perkembangan proyek.

  • To ensure checklist of the units are properly done and all checklist defects are fully resolved before the hand-over to customer.

Memastikan unit ceklis dibuat dengan benar dan semua ceklis defect sudah diperbaiki sebelum serah terima kepada pelanggan .

  • Participate in final handover process to customer.

Berpartisipasi pada proses final serahterima kepada pelanggan.

  • To ensure smooth handover of the new units to service for NIS/FOS.

Memastikan serah terima unit baru berjalan lanca kepada departemen service operation untuk NIS/FOS.

  • Supervise the sub-contractors job-site and activities.and procedure.

Melakukan supervise pada sub-kontraktor di lapangan, semua aktivitasnya, dan prosedur-prosedurnya.

  • Routine review of sub-contractors progress and ensuring that all quality and timely completion conditions as per contractual agreement is fully met.

Memeriksa kemajuan sub-kontraktor dan memastikan bahwa kondisi seluruh kualitas dan penyelesaian tepat waktu sesuai dengan kontrak persetujuan dipenuhi.

  • To ensure sub-contractors safety compliance within the framework of company safety policy .

Memastikan sub-kontraktor taat pada prosedur keselamatan kerja sesuai kebijakan keselamatan kerja perusahaan.

  • Record monthly safety activities report.

Mencatat laporan aktivitas safety bulanan.

  • Conduct training at job site and office facility on construction issues.

Melaksanakan training baik di job site maupun di fasilitas kantor tentang konstruksi.

  • Responsible to assist the hand-over of the unit.

Bertanggung jawab untuk membantu serah terima unit.

  • To take lead role in implementing safety in construction job site and to consistently enforce the safety rules to subordinates.

Memimpin implementasi keselamatan kerja di job site dan secara konsisten melaksanakan peraturan-peraturan safety kepada bawahan.

  • Responsible for own safety and accountable for job site safety of subordinates.

Bertanggung jawab untuk keselamatan dan keamanan diri sendiri dan keamanan job site untuk bawahan.

  • Responsible to follow WWJSSS and company policies.

Bertanggung jawab untuk mengikuti WWJSSS dan kebijakan perusahaan.

  • Carry out of job assigned by Superior.

Melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diperintahkan oleh atasan.

  • Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally

Menyesuaikan diri terhadap banyaknya pekerjaan dan siap untuk bekerja di luar jam kerja bila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.

  • Operate within the code of ethics established by the company, which is also the Otis code of ethics. Promptly report any doubtful situation to the company B.P.O.

Melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kode etik perusahaan yang juga merupakan Kode Etik OTIS. Segera melapor kepada B.P.O. perusahaan bila ada hal - hal / situasi yang meragukan.

  • Strictly and fully comply to all company policies and procedures.

Dengan sepenuhnya mematuhi semua kebijaksanaan dan prosedur perusahaan.

Principal Working Relationship :

Hubungan Kerja Utama :

  • Report directly to the Field Manager

Melapor secara langsung kepada Field Manager.

  • Work closely with project person in charged (external customer).

Bekerja secara cermat dengan pihak customer (pelanggan) di proyek.

Qualifications :

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimum University degree in Electrical/Mechanical with 3 years experience in lift installation.

Minimum lulusan S1 Elektrikal/Mekanikal dengan 3 tahun pengalaman kerja di instalasi lift.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesia and English.

Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik secara lisan dan tulisan di dalam bahasa Inggris maupun dalam bahasa Indonesia.

  • Computer literate.

Dapat mengoperasikan komputer.
