Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Spv at our Gambir location. The Property Spv will be responsible for daily tasks related to identifying potential locations for new outlet coffee shop based on foot traffic, demographics, market competition, and visibility. Negotiating favorable lease terms for the business with landlords. Assesing property conditions and reporting data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree of any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have a negotiation, market research analysis, decision making, and communication skill
  • Have an experience in F & B industries is a plus
  • Have an experience as Property Supervisor or Expansion Location Spv
