About this opportunity:

The role is responsible to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the policies, programs and requirements for environment, health, safety, and well-being (EHS) within Ericsson's ecosystem.

In this particular role, we are looking for someone with strong Environment background coupled with OHS expertise as well.

What you will do:

  • Provide EHS guidance and support (focus on environmental subject) for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure EHS compliance of legal, internal and customer requirements.
  • Build environmental awareness and maturity internally & externally (suppliers) by delivering training, sharing and audit.
  • Engage and drive the suppliers to assure understanding of environmental requirement and its implementation.
  • Promote innovation and initiatives by encouraging new ideas to enhance sustainability and reduce environmental impacts especially those generated from operational activities.
  • Compile data internally and from supplier's report, analyze the trend and present them in governance forums.

The skills you bring:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or science engineering
  • Have experience working in at least 5 years in managing Environmental Management System / Sustainability. (High Risk Working Environment)
  • Have expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Poses strong leadership
  • Able to work individually and as a team.
  • High proficiency in English language.
