Responsibilities :

Managing organization Government & Public sectors Corporate Sales and ensuring consistent and rapid growth in sales across the segments

1. Develop the overall micro level strategy to capture, retain, and maximize value from Government & Public key accounts. (mostly: Titanium, Platinum & Gold class key account)

2. Prepare the sales planning and execution on the respected segments to achieve the revenue target.

3. Define strategy & execution for Managing Key Account satisfaction across respected segments to avoid churn, and also identify upselling and cross selling to the existing Key Account.

4. Ensure and manage great delivery with great Key Account Management for all of the existing segments Corporate Customers.

5. Manage the contract development and negotiation process with key accounts which are classified as Government & Public sectors.

6. Identify key products and services for XL to develop or improve the product / solution based on customers preferences.

7. Managing and ensure the end to end process of sales delivery including, presales, sales, project delivery, aftersales & collection for all key accounts which are classified as respected segments.

8. Lead the bidding activities and oversee multiple stages of key account sales campaigns.

Requirements :

  • Having 6-10 years experience in relevant field
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Public Administration / Business Administration
