Your role

We are looking for a Customer Service to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Customer Service serves as the Customer Service Leader of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through product, analysis‌ and reporting. The role requires aligning Customer Service decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to interact with a wide variety of people and build good relationships.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Have a patient attitude and be able to understand the feelings and needs of customers.
  • Able to use software and systems used in customer service.

Main Requirements

  • Minimal High School.
  • 1 years of experience in Customer Service optic
  • Effective Communication Able to convey information clearly and listen well.
  • Problem Solving The ability to analyze situations and find the right solution quickly.
  • Empathy Able to understand and feel what customers are experiencing, so that they can provide appropriate support.
  • Interpersonal Skills Able to interact with different types of people and build positive relationships.
  • Patience Patience in dealing with customers who may be frustrated or dissatisfied.
  • Language Bahasa and English.
