We are looking for a talented Performance Ads Optimizer to join our team and drive impactful results for our clients by managing and optimizing their advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Meta CPAS.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives, KPIs, and budgets.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor ad performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic Optimization:

  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and placements to enhance ad performance.
  • Adjust campaign strategies based on trends, client goals, and performance data.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad visuals, copy, and video content tailored to each platform.
  • Provide input on audience preferences and platform best practices for effective ad creatives.

Client Focus:

  • Communicate campaign updates and results with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of strategies.
  • Align closely with client business goals to deliver maximum ROI/GMV.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and e-commerce trends to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Research competitors and identify opportunities for performance growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization for creatives and targeting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and communicate with clients.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of consumer behavior and platform-specific trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopee Seller Center.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce markets and trends.
  • Experience with creative content development for ad campaigns.
