Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Transliner Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves creating sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, and execute sales strategy across both client acquisition and retention.
  • Understanding of our key service segments and products.
  • Ensure that our services remain competitive within the market.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met by tracking and driving performance KPIs.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance and activity metrics.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-4 Years experience in Indonesian shipping industry specially in NVOCC & Freight forwarding sales.
  • Create new customers and maintain existing customers allotted by company.
  • Develop sales enquires, sales follow up and after sales support.
  • Good communication skills for exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to work and achieve the targets set by company.
  • Proficiency to speak & write English language.
  • Qualification :- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
