Role Description

This is a full-time Salesperson role at Z Bio, located in Denpasar. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, generating leads, closing deals, and building relationships with customers. The role involves on-site interactions with potential clients and providing them with information about Z Bio's services and solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential clients from hotels, restaurants, and cafes to participate in our food waste pickup program.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient food waste collection processes.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.

- Ride your own vehicle to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.

Requirements:

- Graduated with bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Marketing or Management.

- Proven experience in sales for >2 years, preferably within the hospitality or waste management industry.

- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to speak local Balinese is a plus.

- Established network within the hospitality industry, including hotels, beach clubs, and restaurants.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client management.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms for client engagement.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region using your own vehicle.
