- Coordinates and manages the strategy and activity of the company sales/partners team, including lead generation, conversion of opportunity to become a new logo/customer, and management sales pipeline and report, in order to meet account performance objectives and sales target.
- Researching and Identifying potential market and industry to get Leads and Partners.
- Manage, collaborate and assess Business Partners to convert lead into Opportunity based on the BANT+C process to get new logo/customers.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts/team.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Manage the price quotations / estimate and insure that the price is right and meet with client requirement
- Build and maintain strong professional account relationship with the Business Partners / and or prospective client and make sure customers satisfaction,
- Identify and win new customers through effective new business development and account management
- Obtain and manage very high revenue based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies
- Manage and report sales pipeline using CRM per weekly, monthly and quarterly to make sure inline with the quarterly / annual target.
- Obtain and register at least 4 (four) opportunities that meet the BANT+C criteria per week.
- Assist and manage Business Partners to get minimum 2 (two) new logo/customer per month
- Develop a personal strategy / to do list to achieve sales target and performance
- Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
- Maintain contact / relationship with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Negotiating and or renegotiating of all product/solutions selling with the C Level role in the client.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Product/Solutions that needs to present/sell and an enthusiasm for working within a pre-sales department to make a better solution.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably IT, Computer Science, Business, Technology, or any related courses related to the position.
- Must have minimum 3 (three) years and up experience in selling IT solutions/business, application, ERP System, automation and integration products
- Must have a background handling Middle to Enterprise Accounts from F&B, FMCG, Retail, FinTech, e-Commerce, W&D, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Services Industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Experience with business discussions with C Level, or Middle Management.
- Experienced to work and manage Partners and Principal, and having good attitude and negotiation skills.
- Having good knowledge, understanding and experience to sell IT Solutions for ERP, Cloud, Cloud, API, Middleware, Automation and Database Management.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
