Sales Executive (Alcohol Brand)
Alkolokal, a proudly local lifestyle beverage brand under Festive Fields Group, is looking for a driven Sales Guru to expand our reach, build strong client relationships, and grow our distribution network. About Us:
Festive Fields operates two distinctive venues in Jakarta: STALK and FYNE Jakarta. While we currently have two exciting outlets, we're on the way to expanding our presence with more locations in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients, including bars, restaurants, and retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to increase sales.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support brand activations.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to find growth opportunities.
- Ensure smooth sales operations, from order processing to client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience (F&B, beverages, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Passion for the beverage industry and local brands.
